Return and Refund Policy

We custom make your suit according to your exact design and size specifications you gave to us and start every custom bikini from scratch.  We can however not allow any returns or refunds on any custom design orders.   

If you by any change ordered incorrectly with fabric, color, fit or measurements we won’t be able to refund or replace your bikini, as it was custom made exactly according the information you gave us.  Please make a 100% sure about EVERYTHING.  We do take in consideration weight loss during your prep.  The suits are designed to make way for a slight loss or gain in body mass but to be extra cautious we do ask for your stage measurements in the order form or your aimed body weight loss on show day. If you are not sure what your stage goals are, please ask your coach.

We can unfortunately not be responsible for an incorrect sized top or bottom, as well as an incorrect bottom cut for you specific federation.
