Terms and Conditions
Return and Refund Policy
We custom make your suit according to your exact design and size specifications you gave to us and start every custom bikini from scratch. We can however not allow any returns or refunds on any custom design orders.
If you by any change ordered incorrectly with fabric, color, fit or measurements we won’t be able to refund or replace your bikini, as it was custom made exactly according the information you gave us. Please make a 100% sure about EVERYTHING. We do take in consideration weight loss during your prep. The suits are designed to make way for a slight loss or gain in body mass but to be extra cautious we do ask for your stage measurements in the order form or your aimed body weight loss on show day. If you are not sure what your stage goals are, please ask your coach.

We can unfortunately not be responsible for an incorrect sized top or bottom, as well as an incorrect bottom cut for you specific federation.
Alterations
We do understand that your body goes through a massive transformation and can help with certain bikini alterations. We cannot alter the size of any bikini top or bottom cut with crystal detail already on them. We also cannot alter the size of a foam/padded top. Removing excising crystals will damage the suit. We can however change your connectors, add some extra bling, or alter your hip circumference.
We don’t do any alterations on other bikini brands, only our own. Alteration costs starts around R150.
Production time
We work on a 4 week production time and schedule you in for production as soon as we receive your 50% deposit. If you need a custom bikini sooner, we do have an express 1-2 week option for 30% more.
Once we have received your deposit, we will start the order and design your pattern.
No changes can be made after this. If you do have any changes and we have already started cutting the fabric, you will be charged a penalty fee of 30% for loss of production time and fabric cost. The changes will be evaluated, and the cost will be the penalty fee plus any additional costs of changes over your original order. If we have already started with the construction of the bikini (sewing, crystal work etc), NO changes will be accepted.
Your delivery date might then change depending on the time we lost. Please allow enough time before your show when ordering your bikini.
Please note: We will notify you as soon as we are ready to ship your bikini, and to make sure your hip circumference has not changed to drastically. Do not email or message us every single week, asking for a production update.
Order cancellation
You cannot cancel your order once the deposit is paid, unless you notify us within
10 days of the deposit payment date. You will be charged 30% of your bikini cost, to cover the fabric, pattern design any other costs that we have incurred. This will be deducted from your 50% deposit.
Shipping
We ship your bikini within 4 weeks of your deposit payment date, please allow an additional 1-4 working days for courier time. We have a variety of shipping options you can choose from. We unfortunately don’t take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. We have never had such an incident, but to be extra safe, you can add insurance to your package. This is normally a fee around 2-4% of your package value.
We are not responsible for suits not being delivered on time, please order in advance and take your location, shipping method you chose, and your show date in mind.
Warranty
Each custom design bikini is hand made by a qualified professional designer and every bikini goes through a strict quality control check before sending it out. You have an 8 month service warranty on your custom made bikini. The warranty includes replacing of broken connectors and crystal replacements. Only the original owner qualifies for the 8 month warranty.
The warranty does not include: Alterations, garment replacements of either a bikini top or bottom, substitutions of connectors or crystals, lost or stolen items, stains, wash damage, or damages cause by improperly storing or caring for your bikini. Warranty only on custom made bikinis, not second hand or ready-made suits.
